Hello my name is [Mod Removed] i own the account lowkey splashin and i have been suspended from xbox live for 2 months this suspension started off randomly it happened in the middle of a overwatch game i didnt cuss at anyone and i just randomly
get it i put in a case review and the enforcement team makes something random up and they say i harass people even tho i bring nothing but joy to everyone i play with im a nice guy and if you look at my account you will see that my rep doesnt say avoid me
my rep is almost full im a good guy and i feel like this ban should be lifted or atleast give me less time on this because 2 months is too much plus im on my summer vaction if you look into my account you will see that ive been a loyal member for 15 years
and ive been on xbox for 6 years please do something if you need any more information email me at

I GOT BANNED FOR DOING NOTHING

So I have to use my girlfriends account to do this because she woke me up this morning telling me my account was banned until 12/31/9999. I called customer support and they had no idea what was going on because it wasn't in their computers that I had been
banned.

Either way AlvoSmash/Lotuslette666 - You are posting in the wrong forum you can't get a response here about your profile or console being banned we simply don't handle that. You'd need to speak to the XBOX Live Enforcement Team and like I said before they
only respond to posts made in this thread ->
forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx. Ask them that you'd like to know why exactly has your profile has been banned and they will tell you exactly why it is.

the enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans. If you already submitting a case review and they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do. You would have to wait out your suspension.

For information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com the enforcement team do not use the forums.

You can always contact the enforcement team and appeal againgst your ban as you have the right too if you believe you have done nothing wrong too deserve it in the firstplace. You will have too contact them directly as they do not use the xbox forums.

you can only appeal if the ban is over 24 hours.

most of these coms bans are for 24 hours and so nothing can be done.

It is probably the way you worded it you didn't specify that it was a game when you posted that. The proper way to post that would have been to say come meet me on the basketball court in NBA 2k 19. But more than likely your communication ban will be about
24 hours or either that 2 days giving the fact that if it is your first offense.
