I got suspended

hey, I was about to play some fortnight when my friend invited me to a party he was in with some other people. I joined with a polite attitude, but the other people in the party cussed at me. They were cussing at me because they didn't want me in there party
and they kicked me so I msg one of them "screw you ****" and then I played fortnight without them. And that was it. But they decided to report me and no more than 2 minutes later I was suspended from communications. We had our little argument and they decided
to take it to they next level and report me when they stared cussing at me first and a lot more. They acted like children instead of letting it go. Now i admit I should not have cussed back at him in a msg but they did it first and a lot more. I can no longer
talk in chats or message people. I have been suspended until the tenth . It is completely unfai. Is there anything I can do to repel my suspension?

The enforcement team does not use the forums and only an enforcement team member can respond to any enforcement actions they issue.

You can submit a case review at
https://enforcement.xbox.com/ if the suspension qualifies if you feel the suspension is in error. If the decision is upheld you will have to wait out the suspension.

You can't file a Case Review if the suspension is less than 24 hours or you failed the questionnaire.

No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can provide the reason or proof why you were banned or change the state of ANY suspension or ban.

Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account.

There is a difference

If you read the actual freedom of speech you quoted it does not do what you think it does

One it only applies to public forums and only for government

2 and very important it may not be used as a mallet to cause harm to anyone

3 private authority applies to the private property which is why anyone can kick you. Out of their home

Dispute what you think cursing is not protected speech on against private authority or to cause harm

And yes this was a supreme Court decision

 

NNo saying someone did it first doesn't validate or excuse you from the rules

 

Can you literally stop sending comments if your not gonna at least try and help
