I got suspended wrongfully and need help from the enforcement team

Dear Enforcement team or who ever who can lift my suspension, I was wrongfully suspended for matchmaking and communications for 2 weeks. First i wasn't on the day I got suspended and the last time I had anything to do with anyone
for two to one day before i even got suspended. Plus, i have not used third party companies or anything to cheat any game to get myself 2 weeks for matchmaking ban. Honestly, as well, I don't ever talk to anyone thru Xbox parties if I don't know the person
at all. I even went far enough to call customer support around 4 times to talk about this subject and i haven't gotten any help. I also made a review case and it didn't even seem like it was ignored and skipped! It wouldn't be so bad if i could file another
case but i cant and i now have to wait a whole 2 week to wait for a wrongfully suspension. Thank you for who ever sees this and please help me with this issue

Wrongfully Suspended!!

Hi this is (Vontae04) I would like to file an appeal. I believe I was wrongfully banned or suspended. I did not do anything that would violate any Xbox rules and decorum. Hoping to hear from the Enforcement team very soon.

Wrongfully suspended from messaging

I was wrongfully suspended from communications I can still play online but cant communicate to my friends. I've called out griefers for spamming but never used offensive terms or talked down to them I have all my messages saved as proof I want this wiped
from my record. Right after someone claimed I was lag switching I got the ban problem is I've never done so my internet is garbage but that's it.weather that person worked for enforcement or what I dont know but what I do know if I have all the proof I need
to show I have been wrongfully suspended and it needs rectified immediately.

The enforcement team does not use the forums and submitting a case review is the only way to contact them. If you already submitted a review and they upheld their decision, all you can do is wait it out.

I've been wrongfully suspended as well with no way to dispute it or contact the enforcement team to make them aware of this issue

ok so my account was suspended for the last week for "Cheating" it ended last Friday 10/23/15 from last tues to thurs i kept trying to find the select Apply for Review button but it wasn't there and i was wrongfully suspended i wasn't even playing Xbox
the last 2 weeks. i cant find any way to contact the enforcement team and its frustrating me. i don't know what to do .

I'm in the same boat. I woke up today with 4 new suspensions all for the same group post that I've posted thousands of times. 8 suspensions in total so far for me and they are all for the same group post that I repost. I haven't been able to play for a week. These suspensions are for old posts too. I had one that was from 4 or 5 months ago. I think bots are flagging our old posts for spam or something. Xbox support can't help you. I've called 5 times to no avail. All we can do is wait for them to realize we are being wrongfully suspended which might never happen. There is no way to appeal these or contact the Enforcement Team. It's literally a never ending loop of getting wrongfully suspended over and over again. I stopped making group posts when I received the first suspension and now 8 suspensions later it's still happening. Hopefully someone higher up or on the enforcement team sees this.
