Xbox suspended me when this silly guy sent me a msg first and I told him to let it go what kind of investigation do Microsoft do because all I did was defend myself....This is bullcrap Microsoft!!!! You just lost a loyal Customer...

If eligible, submit a case review about your suspension. Customer support and the forums will not be able to help you any further than this when it comes to Xbox Live suspensions.

You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and if the ban is eligible you can file a case review from there. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Site. There you would see more information about the suspension itself as well as any possibility for a Case Review. Hope this helps.

The enforcement team is fully separate from Support/Twitter/Phone can not assist with a ban. That page is the only way to interact with them.

If you are looking for a direct quote of what you did chances are it will not be provided, this is to protect the person who reported you from more harassment.

Reports are reviewed by a real person and a ban is not given without reason.

What is happening to make you think that you are suspended? Is it for all games? Is it a communication suspension? What makes you think that you are suspended if you have never recieved a message about being suspended?

It won’t let me message people and it says I got suspended i went to the website it didn’t say anything how I got suspended
