I got suspended or banned for nothing

For information about why you were suspended, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com Since it's only a 24 hour suspension it is not eligible for a case review, so all you can do is wait it out.

Hey there Cozmic! I will assure you that suspensions of any kind on any persons account are accurate and all decisions are final given from the XBLPET (Xbox LIVE Policy and Enforcement Team) agents. No matter how many times you get reported, enforcement
is not automated and each complaint is reviewed by a REAL person.

You should have gotten an email regarding the suspension to your WLID on file, however, if not, then you may ask the XBLPET why you were suspended from the service

here. In the mean time, you may want to have a look at the
Xbox LIVE Code of Conduct and the
Xbox LIVE Terms of Use to insure that further suspensions do not occur.

People seem to think that some automated system bans people once enough reports have been filed. Such is not the case. Once a report is filed, a member of the policy enforcement team will investigate the claim. And if you are found to be in the wrong, you
will be banned. People don't get banned for no reason. If you wish to know the reason as to why you were banned, try asking
