Hi Enforcement Team

I recently got suspended from Xbox Live for cheating but I never cheated. I was playing the game (COD MW3) just like you're suposed to play it. And suddenly it logged me out and said my accaunt was logged in elsewhere. I thought my account got hacked or
something but then it said i got suspended for 24h for cheating. 24h isnt that bad but still i didnt do anyting wrong i shoudn't have my account suspened. I read online that further suspensions wil be permanent and if this ever happens again in the future
i dont want to lose my account for no reason. I spoke to Xbox Live Support Chat but they have send me here, I hope you can resolve this because I'm not happy about this.

Enforcement

I got suspended it says for cheating but I haven’t cheated before this hacker stole my friends money a hundred bucks we called the cops and just today I got suspended is it possible for the suspension to beended sooner? Thank you

Account suspended

Hi I am using my spare account to do this my main one ii has been suspended for no reason no reason it says cheating but I have never cheated on Xbox it defeats the game I wnder If u can unsuspened because it's suspened for no reason

Despite what you were told posting here will achieve nothing as the enforcement team do not use the forums.

As it's a 24 hour suspension you are not eligible for a case review.

appeals can only take place within one year of the ban/suspension. You would have to work with the enforcement team but I think you are out of luck on this as it has been too long.

Who can submit a Case Review?

Any Xbox Live member with an active enforcement action may submit a case for review through the account's

Enforcement History, provided the enforcement meets the following requirements:

The enforcement's duration is greater than 24 hours in length
The enforcement was issued in the last 12 months

You may only request a review of your own active enforcement actions, and must be signed in to the account that received the enforcement (or signed in to the parent account if a child account was suspended). Prior to submitting a Case
Review, you may be prompted to complete a short questionnaire designed to gauge your understanding of the Code of Conduct. Failure to pass this questionnaire will temporarily prevent you from submitting a review, during which time we recommend familiarizing
oneself with the Code of Conduct.

Note: Currently, Xbox device bans are not eligible for Case Review.

The only other note I missed was that the original suspension was from 3 years ago, in July of 2016.
