I got suspended on Xbox for being bullied.

Was playing GTA and the 2 highest levels

(lv 337 both of them)

Were bullying me, killing me repeatedly for no reason, cucked me from finishing my buisness stuff.
And them messaged me to mock me.
I reported them but they both reported me.
I got suspended for being bullied.
I get that it would all be automoderation but come on.

This is the second time it's happened to me.

I've been suspended 3 times total now and every single time it was because I was being bullied online.

First time it happened, yes I retaliated and I kinda deserved it.

But the second and third time I was innocent.

This cannot be justified.

But it can be remedied, and maybe fixed?

Anyone else experience this?

hi, abosutely same thing happened to me... I got banned but tha min problem is that I want to become an ambassador and I cant because it happened month ago and I have to be one year without any report... One player was bulling me and after that he reported
me and I have got banned...

I'm sorry that you were suspended multiple times by the enforcement team. I would suggest when the bullying is taking
place, report the gamers and do your best to avoid them.

As long as there was no response that was inappropriate to the other player then it is possible to file for a case
review to have the suspension removed. Also, we recommend reporting and blocking the other player in order to avoid future conflict.

I have been going through the same thing. People are too sensitive on XBox and Microsoft’s policies often punish the wrong people. I am not sure why i got banned from Halo i cant use the chat function for over a year now. I want to have my account reinstated
as soon as possible. This is not fair that users liie us get banned for no reason while others are abusing the chat function and are not being punished. Hello Microsoft please reinstate my account please!

You wouldn't be suspended unless you've retaliated. You won't be harassed, say nothing back, report them and then get suspended.
