I got suspended from xbox live

I got suspended about a week ago,but the honest truth is,when i returned from my traveling job my wife had told me that my 5yr old was playing with my xbox one.Somehow he must of quit during a game,thats all i can think of what maybe accurred..My apologies
to the xbox enforcement team..I should of been more responsible and locked up my system..however, i am asking the enforcement team to please review my post and to please consider removing my suspension...Thank you

Suspended from Xbox Live Communications..... Why?!

I got signed out of Xbox Live saying it was signed in somewhere else. Once I signed back in it said I was suspended from Xbox Live communications. I want to know why specifically I got suspended because I have no clue! Thanks!

How can I keep Halo 3 from the MCC collection suspended?

Last night I was done playing so put it in suspend mode so I can pick up playing today. When I went to go play it I resumed but it said disconnected from Xbox Live and the game had to restart. What gives? If I log out of Xbox live before I start the game, will I be able to return to suspended mode? Not sure why the game cares if I'm logged into Xbox live or not.

Apologies for the late response, i never got a notification that there was a reply. When i try to access my account It just says " This account is permanently suspended from xbox live due to misconduct. " which it was not permanently suspended it was suspended for 14 days and i have the screenshots of the xbox enforcement page as proof of the 14 day suspension.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why you were suspended or you can check on the enforcement site
here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

Be aware that any report filed is thoroughly investigated before any action is taken.
