so what basically happened is you were suspended for whatever reason assuming communications suspensions which seems to be the most common

However in the course of the investigation they found further reports since the first report

No. When I got suspended from Xbox for communications, it said that I was suspended until 2/26. I submitted an appeal and I'm assuming, got that bumped down to 7 days instead of 2 weeks.

So what now they don't reply on the forums anymore? Where do the Enforecement Team even go and why don't they help us at all hmmm...? Seriously I hate being a customer hen me and my friends are treated like crap and don't get help from the people who ban
us. They don't even lisyen to both sides or even notify someone they need to get their job sorted and stop sitting down and banning without knowing the whole story. And this oh file a review no they should use their millions of dollars that they get paid and
actually buy a phone and help #LazyAndCareless. I don't mean to be pushy twards them but seriously they'll ban people but not actually pay for a phone and help others then they should disband and shut down xbox if they don't care enough. Known as the police
of Xbox but the police is supposed to serve and protect not hurt others like the XBLPET does the real police actually help.

You don't get suspended for "no reason".

Any report filed is investigated first which takes time,you would of been suspended for something you did several weeks ago or longer.

Communication covers more than just talking.

As the enforcement team do not use the forums you can go to the enforcement site
