I got suspended for my gamerpic

I was just suspended for my gamer picture but I'm unable to apply for a case review. I want to know how was my gamer pic offensive and how if possible to get my enforcement removed from my history. Can anyone help??

Extension for a 24 hour suspension

I was suspended for 24 hours for my gamerpic then it got extended for 14 days, how does my suspension went from 24 hours to 14 days?

All my friends are saying I will get suspended for my gamerpic, but i got it off xbox i didnt use a vision cam or anything.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or you can check on the enforcement site

Hello again, you can try to contact Xbox support so that they can confirm if the account is permanently suspended or not, however if it is they will not be able to give you the reason for the suspension because it is done by another department.

Hi, thanks for the reply George, do you think it’s not actually permanently banned and just a error? Because I was reading that Xbox cancels your game pass subscription when your get permanently banned and I checked my account and they haven’t cancelled it.

Ok thank you for the response. I used a gamerpic in the past that was inappropriate, but it never got banned. I switched off of it a few weeks ago but is it still possible that I could get suspended for using that gamerpic in the past or is it ok since I changed it back to an appropriate gamerpic?
