I got suspended for asking a user what a word means

I have been trying to get in touch with Xbox support but to no avail. I had a Xbox user send me a message after a completed game it was an abbreviation of a word I simply asked what this said word means but I ended up being suspended. I am super confused this is the first time I have been suspended and the content is clearly non malicious and I am unable to get this revoked

The thing is , its not unreasonable what we are asking . Sure ok i got suspended , i did my time now they should be on this to help us get this fixed. I am not fighting the fact i got suspended. But 24hr should mean 24hr.

The word filter on the profile fields is mysterious sometimes, but there's no getting around it. Also, not everything that slips through is actually allowed-- don't use text that is "related to or suggestive of: profane words/phrases"
or you will be suspended. (That means if you substitute a '-' for a vowel, you'll still be suspended because it is really obvious what you mean.)

The word you're asking about is starred out which means that the word itself is not allowed on the forums. This suggests something against the ToU and CoC of Live which could result in the gamertag being banned or suspended. I would recommend against using
any type of mod in a game.
