i got suspended and then banned from something i didn't do

A friend came over and did stuff on my Xbox and i noticed that i had games that i did not buy then i asked how they got there he said he used a Xbox code for 50$ on my Xbox then i got suspended on Xbox and wondered why that happens. so i went on Xbox
enforcement and said i was stealing stuff. so i asked why i had this on the case review and it told me because of market theft. I dont want to blame my friend for this if it wast him but its sad to see my account suspended then a ban came in a week i did give
personal info when i was 7 and at the time i wast thinking what could go wrong that may be why please help i dont want my account banned because of something i didnt do if some one could help even if they suspend me just for a month that will be fine

I got an Xbox multiplayer ban for something I didn't do at all... is there anyway I can't get my account unbanned?

The question is this Did your friend really use a 50 dollar xbox code to purchase the games with or did he use a credit card that was on the account and then whoevers credit card it was disputed the charges with the bank who then went to Microsoft and said
these are disputed charges and Microsoft saw that as theft or trying to get around the Microsoft refund policy and banned the account due to that.

You can look up any purchase history on an account by going to account.live.com and signing in with it and it will show you the purchase history and what payment option was used for the purchase and if there was any refund for that item.

You are responsible for your Xbox account even if you believe your friend was playing on your account at the time of your enforcement action. The Xbox Enforcement Team has provide more info on that under

"My roommate was playing when I got suspended. Can it be lifted?".

Additionally, we're afraid if you already applied for a case review and the decision was upheld then that would ultimately be the answer.
