I got suspended and I don't want to waste my weekend because of my anger issues

The only people that can lift a suspension sooner then what was put in place would be the enforcement team at their website enforcement.xbox.com

You can go to that website sign in with the account that has the suspension on it and there should be an orange hammer in one of the boxes once you click on the orange hammer it will show you your enforcement history and if the suspension is eligible there
will be a link to apply for a case review.

The site will then ask you some questions about the code of conduct which you can find here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct once you answer all of these questions correctly you will have a chance to state your case to the enforcement
team who will then reinvestigate your case and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.

The enforcement team does not follow these forums nor do they follow the chat rooms the ONLY way to contact them is through their website and the case review process.

No, it seems to show an issue in their infrastructure, not their rules. Now I don't know what I've been suspended for, but I doubt I got suspended for congratulating someone. My complaint is that there is no way for us to know anything right now. As a software developer, my weekends have been interrupted for less than this. I don't wish that on anyway, but some form on communication would be appreciated.

I've had this stupid problem also! But I didn't start having problems until I got my message and chat privileges suspended because I got reported by a piece of garbage that has nothing better to do than be a complete waste of space. Anyway after the suspension
was lifted my message capabilities came back but my Mic will no work. I can hear my friends but they can't hear me. I've tried so many things with no results. So I'm curious if anyone else was suspended and then started having this issue? Because that could
be the problem.

Wow, so I got my account suspended because of some trolls, and since it's only for "24 hours", I cannot have the case review.

Also, since my first post here, the suspension was increase, as I cannot log in anymore to my account.

I repeat, all this because of trolls that are ruining online gaming. We are the weekend and I wont be able to play with my friends, while those guys will be able to play as long as they want and get away with it.. what a wonderful way to treat your customer..
