I got somekind of strike or bann in November 2016, no idea where it is for

Hello,

In November I got a message from Xbox what said that I've had sended certain messages or uploaded forbidden content to xbox, both are not the case, because of that I got a 24 hour communication ban from Xbox.

Now I wanted to upload a gameclip I editted on PC to XBOX again, but I can't as the system says there is maybe a error with Xbox Live, that my privacy settings arent correct or because I got a enforcement report.

So now my question is, will I ever be able to upload stuff again?

And not only that for a year now I want to become a ambassador as I am a Xbox member for 7 years now, and because of this thing on my account I cant, what limits me not only in uploading but also in becomming a ambassador.

I am someone who likes to help people in real life and on Xbox, if it are friends or friends from friends, as a ambassador I can help a bigger amount of people what I really want to do, and offcourse to support Xbox.

It should then mean alot that the current report on my account will get removed again so I can have a fresh start, and not only that, also so that I can help Xbox members.

I get it that we need a enforcement team, but the way how easy people get communication bans is not good, and even when it is not that bad it will mess up alot as you get too much limited in certain things you can do.

For example it should make more sense if you did something wrong the first time the report will be gone after 3 months so you can start over again and use all functions, while if you do it a second time it will last one year, and a 3rd time 5 years.

Everyone deserves a second change so also we on Xbox, I am not the only one who complains there are way more, and even others left Xbox for PS4 or PC because of how Enforcement works.

So please Xbox think about changing this system and be more easy going with the members on Xbox, some are adults like me who understand the whole thing, while children just rage more etc.

I just want to be able to use everything from Xbox as I pay for it, and don't want to be limited!

no history of rewards before november 2016

Hi, I joined xbox live rewards in 2011 and made purchases but I have no history of points or rewards before November 2016 any idea why? thanks

 

Black ops won't connect to multiplayer

I need some help, i never got a message saying i was banner or suspended or anything but everytime i try to play online in gives me a server error message and it shows my version of the game is 64.0.-1.0. I have no idea what is going on.

 

Every report is investigated from the XBLPET before an enforcement act is issued. I'm sorry to say that your previous behavior might limit your online activities and for that you can't be part of the Ambassador Program either. All ambassadors are gamers
that understand the Code of Conduct and respect it in every moment in order to create a friendly gaming environment for all.

 

The thing is that I never sended any messages or created wrong content, the only thing I can think about is that a friend sended a message to someone while he was at my place prior the enforcement kicked in.

Then to other thing is that I am a member for 7 years now, never had bans, communication blocks etc ever.

I get that there is Code of Conduct and I understand them, that is also why I never send weird messages to people or uploaded wrong content.

Also again a warning shouldn't be misplaced when it happens for the first time!! This is way too strict not only for me but also others!!

About the ambassador program I don't really care as I can sign a different account up for it, it is just too stupid that there is no way for me to upload something I enjoy people with!

And just because it is that strict I understand some of my friends who rather go to PC as there is no watch dogs behaviour as on Xbox, and even if there is it is less strict or easier to come out with.

And as last, it should be easier and making more sense if you could contact Enforcement in personal instead of them hiding in the basement of Microsoft haha, if they have a team like that, then it should be possible to contact them!!
