    Here is an Article from Xbox Support that goes over recovering your Microsoft Account.

    You will have to first remember the email address associated with the account. If you don't remember the email address I would try this Article from Xbox Support under the section Find out the email address for a Microsoft account.

I unfortunately can't download the Xbox companion app due to the problem of being unable to sign into a Microsoft account on my computer.
