I got SEA OF THIEVES woooo

I got rid of some games that I never play anymore. Happy easter weekend.

I'm into simulation games incl. Planet Coaster, The Sims 4, Cities Skylines, but these 3 games I have on PC not Xbox.

Microsoft is charging MORE on the Xbox Store....



There's not many new games scheduled to come out this year, that I'm interested in. Sea Of Thieves have peaked my interest cause of the graphics, the music, and generally the stuff in the game. Will install this on my Xbox One X this afternoon, I maze well
do a YouTube video of it too.



I have a Hauppauge HD PVR2 which lets you capture Xbox gameplay and share it to YouTube. Microsoft does have a sort of a video game share system on Xbox One, but it's nowhere near as good as using what YouTubers use, a PVR like Elgato and Hauppauge, to share
content. With a PVR, it lets you record longer than lol 2 or 5 minute videos, it captures game music and party and game chat.

The girl I spoke with at JB Hi Fi said her boyfriend and herself play the game and that she's played the Beta. Looking forward to trying it this long weekend.

I got a Games Pass Trial 14 day when I got my Xbox One X late last year upon it's launch. And the library of games which come with the Games Pass is poor. Which is why I'm not relying on it. Assassins Creed and The Sims 4 weren't even in the Games Pass when
I got my Xbox One X.

Now I'm happy I have the physical copy of the game. I can enjoy touching it, paying less than what MS is charging, and.... I have Sea Of Thieves. Yay me.....

The only other game due out this year I'm interested in so far, is Jurassic World Evolution, by Frontier, due out late this year. I like like, simulation games.

Microsoft Points

It says that I can redeem 6000 points if I buy Sea of Thieves. However after buying Sea of Thieves I never got the Microsoft Points.

 

Xbox gamepass trouble.

Hello! so today i tried to launch Sea of Thieves via the xbox gamepass, then i got this:Sea of thieves is currently not available in your account.Here's the error code in case you need it 0x803f8001.

This is wierd i checked my payment info and it says i still have an active xbox gamepass sub, Sea of Thieves worked for me yesterday.

 

Does that say $92?

I sounds a lot, but after googling the exchange rate that comes out as £47 (which is about right)

Its a great game, as long as you have other people to play with, by yourself it can get a little.................tiresome after a while.

 

Um, I know you're excited (nothing beats the buzz of a new game), but showing everybody how much you got ripped for those traded games is downright depressing. I know there's a few dollars difference between AU and NZ currency, but *five* lowly bucks for
Forza Horizon 2?!! You're obviously hyped for Sea of Thieves, but you do realize that most retailers will be discounting the game sooner rather than later, right? Especially JB Hi-Fi, as we have those grotesque black & yellow barns in Australia, too.

If you were that hyped for the game, why didn't you preorder at EB Games and get a new *sealed* copy rather than a scratched-up, sticker-laden box off the shelf? I just took delivery of the Far Cry 5 'Father' Edition, which came with a steelbook, figurine
etc. Everything was SEALED - in pristine condition. That's the very least you'd expect when paying top dollar for a day one edition. To each their own, I guess

P.S. When you do eventually *trade* your copy of Sea of Thieves, please let us know how much they suckered you for! #PSA
