2nd I don't think you got hacked you got scammed

Minecraft is a paid game period

If someone sold you an account with Minecraft on it for little lost then you got scammed as the original owner can take back the account at anytime nor did you get it legally and it's not guaranteed you bought it from the original owner

Not.to.mention. You run the risk of your device either pc or xbox or any console for that matter risk of a console ban for using a stolen account

And this is why you don't use shady websites especially if you aren't afford it

to add to the above, not the smartest idea reporting about it on the official Xbox forums as the account could be banned for breach of the terms.

Buying/selling of accounts is a violation of the terms of service. Even though you bought it from him, he was always the owner, so he has the right to change the login information.
