I got reported and now I can't sign up to become a Xbox ambassador, how long do I need to wait?

Yesterday I tried to sign myself up to become a Xbox Ambassador, simply as I am a Xbox member for years now, and I love to talk and interact with people on Xbox.

So yesterday I tried to signup for it but once the system went over my account to get everything checked it failed at the enforcement part.

After this I went straight to the enforcement website and I saw that I got a message on November 26, 2016 regarding that I supposed to have sended messages to people and got reported for that.

Now I never contacted people with hate messages etc. but during the time before November 26, 2016 I had many times a friend over who told me he sended those messages as he got annoyed during games.

So I got a communication ban for a day, what I never really noticed.

Now my question is that I really want to become a ambassador for Xbox.

To make it more clear for you this was the message included to it.

''Enforcement Detail: - This account has participated in inappropriate behavior, such as harassing, profane words or disseminate defamatory, obscene or illegal material. The corresponding account privileges are blocked up.''

Hopefully you can give me the information I need so I can become a ambassador soon.

Also remember that if you have been Suspended within the past year your Application to be an Xbox Live Ambassador you will be rejected.

Sorry but once you've had any enforcement action on your account you are not eligible to become an ambassador.

 

I'm afraid Daft Badger is correct. If there is an enforcement action on your account, even one in the past, it will prevent you from joining the Ambassadors. There is no "statute of limitations" period, where the enforcement will drop off your record.

I would add that this is an unfortunate object lesson in one of the tenets of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct. The Code does not permit users to exchange account information or allow someone else to sign in as themselves, even if your intentions are good ones.
If someone logged in as you and were to engage in behavior that would result in an enforcement action, you, as the account holder, are ultimately responsible for that very behavior. In other words, as far as Microsoft is concerned, you did whatever it was
that brought about the suspension.
