Discus and support I got refunded? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I was going to play cod ww2 and it say "your purchase was refunded" and I didn't even refund it please help I want the game and my progress back...     Some small time name on Instagram gave me a shout for being the 100th. I've been getting on the #xboxone hash tag and trying to find a few new people to check the site out daily. Always bringing in friendlies from elsewhere.

    Hope we get a few new faces!

    I got a refund.

    It also depends how the payment was made. If you purchased it with MS funds, then I've had it go back in less than 30 minutes. Credit cards and Paypal both have different time frames for when they process it as well.

    Once the refund has been processed there is no way to cancel the refund. The item would just have to be purchased again. Please

    Check the Xbox purchase history     to see if the refund has been provided.

    This process can take up to two weeks. It matters what you have for the bank and how long it processes this process.
