    The same applies if you have purchased a code for Xbox, it is activated for the console version and will only be credited when logging into an Xbox console.

    R6 Credits purchased through Microsoft are transferable across platforms. However, you will need to log in to your account using Xbox in order for them to be credited, as stated on the Ubisoft website.

    If the purchase was made on the Microsoft Store, it refers to a purchase on the Xbox console. In order for it to be credited to your account, you will need to log into your account on an Xbox console.
