I got permanently banned....

So I got banned forever and the reason was my friend who reported my offensive message as a joke.... is there anything I can do?

Well I was playing skyrim then I got logged out of my account and went I signed in I got that that pop up i didn't get a message though

Then you'll need to keep an eye on the site and see if it shows up. It may just be having issues right now.

Edit: I'm having issues just viewing the site at the moment so it may just be a site issue.

May be a weird question to ask, Was the Ban sent from the official Xbox Account and did you get an Email?

Generally Permabans are given to repeat offenders or severe CoC/ToS violations. You can try to appeal the ban to the Xbox Enforcement team over on https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US.

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
