I got permanently banned from playing and I’ve spent a lot of money on this account over...

My First born child who has already been banned for 1 week Communication ban and now has told a random kid on Xbox his IP through this app and know has been banned and I don't know if it's going to be a 2 week ban or permanent because we play on he same xbox in the living room on separate accounts and now I can no longer play and we have spent a lot money on the account and think my account should work or we should get a refund from my son's account

This is it we're tied so much to the internet in the digital age that for most games you can't properly use them without access to it, and with accounts that you've spent lots of time, effort and money into being mostly wrongly perma banned, it's crazy. And the report system is so broken that even jokey messages amongst people you play matches with can easily be reported and banned for. One of my friends reported another friend for a laugh and he was banned for ages, and whilst this time with me getting permanently banned for a message including some vulgar language, it isn't deserving of a permanent one, more reasonably a day or week one. I really hope these bans are resolved and that mine isn't permanent.

You say you received modded weapons on a game & using mds of any kind is a violation of the ToU/CoC unless they are mods intentionally put in the game by the devs which are only included in single player games.

I read that it took a guy 6 weeks for a permanent ban, but it's been 8 weeks now. btw the reason they banned me is pornographic content and I'll be honest, I actually sent pornographic themed photos. they banned my console, my account and blocked an email but it seems a bit exaggerated to me all this, I have the Xbox for years and I have spent a lot of money and seeing my account die makes me a bit depressed.

My microsoft account [Mod Removed - Personal Information] got permanentlybanned for no reason and can I get it back or at least my money I've spent over a 1000 on that account and know u ban me wots the point
