I got perma banned from my very first message on xbox live!

I would like to know why i got a permanent banned from my very first message when i just got my account buying Sea of Thieves. Yes i sended a rude message to someone BUT Only because i looted for hours cause the server was rather dead so it was safe for
me to do so. but then someone joined me in my team and was being destructive torwards my gameplay instead of being a teammate and help me. and just dumped the loot in the waters and what took the wheel on the boat so i couldent do anything, it was either
to take the wheel or save the loot.. and he wasent going anywhere with it. so i decided to send him a message that was exactly:

Me: "Dude are you stupid or something??"

Him: "Yeah why"

(And apparently this game disconnects as soon as you Tab out. but how in the world would i know that?)

Me: "Wow thanks dude.. you got me disconnected for the damn game with [Mod Removed] alot of loot that i spend hours on.. Just so i could send you a message cause
[Mod Removed] cant read ingame like a 3 year old kid but you
[Mod Removed].. i reported you for griefing the game.. hope you hurt yourself really badly you
[Mod Removed]

Him : "dam, srry man thanks for the loot though"

So basicly i snapped alittle at a grown man that can handle being called that he behaves like a 3 year old. and by hurt yourself i ment by hurt himself badly but i never applyed a worse situation as death or simular to that...

But bottom line is basicly, i got permanent banned from micrsoft and cant play the game i bought for 650 SEK that i barely had a week? from one single message saying that a 30 year old should know how to behave. Sure.. i did wrong, but this would never
have happend if microsoft actually made that you can either kick people or put them in the cage as long as you are the captain or owner of the ship. but not enough votes when there can only be 2. so am i really the bad guy here?. and if im gonna have that
perma ban i honestly request a refund cause i cant do anything in that game besides playing alone with no communication "SPECIALY" when i dont even have a chance to tell my side of the story from the Enforcement. I know that members of the Xbox Insider program.
This made it possible to return games that had been owned for less than " two weeks " and played for less than two hours.. i know it says less then 2 hours aswell but i didnt choose to get PERMA ban after 1 message, sure i can take a warning and will probably
be the last one too. But obviously Microsoft arent fair therefor i cant take those " less than two hours gameplay " seriously. cause if thats the case. by all means, ban the whole worlds on xbox live after any 2 hour gameplays.. see the whole picture here?.

Xbox one banned from multiplayer?

So on every account i can sign into xbox live just fine but i can't play Xbox one multiplayer games and i can't send messages i recently had four of my accounts perma banned from xbox live and i dont know if my xbox is perma banned from playing xbox one
games or if its temporary? Any help would be amazing. I can play backwards compatible games just fine too.

 

My Pubsifications account got perma banned

I was just playing trove on my Pubsifications account and I got a message from xbox live then got signed out. Then I signed back in and I got a message saying "This account is permanetly suspended from Xbox live due to inappropriate content" I don't know
what I did to get Perma banned for "Inappropriate content". I don't know what to do. My whole childhood was on that account and all the money i've spent on that account. i'm only 13 and it wasn't easy for me to earn all that money. So I don't know what i've
done to deserve this. Please help me

i cant case a reveiw.. thats the thing.. its been over 24 hours as it claims when i can make a case reveiw.. it says: Permanent suspension impact: This account can no longer sign in to Xbox Live from any device. This enforcement affects the account's Xbox
Live privileges.

Theres nothing under the Case Reveiw Statues either.. no options

 

You don't have to wait 24 hours to make a case review. You can't submit a review if the suspension is 24 hours.

The permanent suspension impact information is listed at the end of every suspension by default. It doesn't necessarily mean you have a permanent suspension unless the date listed is 12/31/9999 It sounds more like you had a 24 hour suspension since it is
your first suspension and since you waited the 24 hours to submit a review, it's already over.

 

I see, although its been over 24 hours thats why im here. but im gonna stay positive and wait a few more hours and give it another try and see from there.
