I Got Perm. Banned??

I am absolutely baffled by the lack of management on the Black Ops 1 servers. A while back there were so many "Modded Lobbies" in Call of Duty: Black Ops. Joining games with people killing themselves and constantly going through Host Migration. I personally
went through 15 Prestiges playing mostly Search and Destroy. Well as Call of Duty evolved I moved on to games like Modern Warfare 3. Black Ops, being my personal favorite call of duty, was calling my name. I wanted to play it but when i attempted to get online
it read that the "Servers are Unavailable". I kind of blew it off thinking they were going through updates and fixing servers because i remembered all of the people "Hacking". Well not to long ago I started playing call of dutys again of course i came back
to Black Ops, only to find the servers still unavailable. I have done some research and it seems countless users have been banned for unknowingly joining these lobbies. Which of course could be a bunch of little hackers themselves pleading innocent. Never
the less, it seems i have been banned, which must be a long time. I am baffled by what is going on considering I spent nearly 16 days of playing time on the game. I am curious on how i could possibly be banned and on how long it the ban will be. I would really
love to get back to playing Black Ops but can't until this is fixed! Please Help!! :'(

I My communication ban recently expired but i still cant send messages!!?

So Today I recently got unbanned but I still can't send messages??? The message never states that I was perm communication banned

Was I perm banned??? I'm freaking out like I wanna be able to talk with my friends

Please help!!!

THANK YOU. I mentioned a similiar post like this on halowaypoint and I got perm. banned.

 

Sounds unusual to me considering I never encountered this problem before while playing these games. I would suggest messaging either contacting Treyarch, the Xbox Live Enforcement Team, or an Official Xbox Staff member to find out why you were banned and
or see if you can find a way to get unbanned. If you plan on doing the second part of this solution, be prepared to have reasons why you should be unbanned. Hope this helps you.

 

When you're banned permanently, an e-mail is automatically generated and sent to the address to which your Xbox Live gamertag is associated with. Prior to any ban, the Xbox Live Enforcement team ALWAYS conducts their own investigations and ensures that there
is enough internal evidence to proceed with ant sort of action. The most that will be released to the general Xbox Live population would be your e-mail.
