I got perm banned and I don't even have 10 offences after 6 years

I have been perm banned on Xbox because I sent some messages that were bad but I don't get Why I was perm banned i don't even have 10 offences I have been a loyal customer for 5 years and have spent thousand of dollars on xbox please look into My case and
give me a chance to learn

Communication ban

Don't ever share your Xbox live account anymore, Halohellion. Keep repeating the same offence and your account might get a perma banned. Be glad its only a comms banned.

Some uninform people with the TOS and code of conduct aren't so lucky to have there 10 years account got suddenly banned till 9999 lol.

Xbox Live Account Banned, Please help me

Hi, over a year ago my xbox console got perm banned and all my accounts on my xbox got perm banned aswell,

The Xbox was brought 2nd hand, so the previous owner must have been doing some bad stuff on the console

I just still don't understand why my account got banned till 9999, it was involved in nothing.

I just think its unfair that all my accounts got perm banned even though they had nothing to do with anything bad it was just the console.

The gamertag is BNK DaNGeROuS

I would really be thankful for any help from xbox/microsoft to help me get my account back

yes i understand but even do this is my first suspension of the year why is it that i get a perms ban

As mentioned,it probably isn't a perma ban but for future reference the length of a ban isn't just based on how many enforcement actions you've had before,it's also based on the severity of the offence so it is possible to get perm banned for a first offence.

Just follow the rules & you won't get banned at all then there won't be an issue.

Also it should be noted if you even try and get the name back by changing the spelling with the offence still in they will take action

And too many forced name changes can result in a perm ban of the account
