I got no keys when the community goal was reached...

Discus and support I got no keys when the community goal was reached... in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; is there something specific i have to do to get them.     I got no keys when the community goal was reached...


    is there something specific i have to do to get them. I'm new to this....

    I made power bingos and was supposed to get keys when community goal was reached Never got keys. Any help?

    power card rewards not recieved

    i have reached all my goals and the community goals have been reached as well and i never got any keys, and everything started over. i want my keys

    Not gettng Keys!!

    I'm experiencing the same exact issue. A number of times I've reach the goal for the keys and when the community goal is reached, I get nothing.

    Found the answer actually... you have to go back to the Bingo's main menu and click on the Social tab. Rewards are under there. Hope that helps!

    What a load of BS

    I played the powercard in America and was able to reach the personal goal to receive 40 keys. I see that the goal has gone up, so I assume that the goal was reached, so how do I receive the keys?
