I got my Xbox live suspended

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information on how long your suspension is.

It doesn't matter how a situation starts, if you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be suspended. Profanity, whether it's "bleeped" out or not, is a violation. In situations like that in the future, report them and block communications
with them.

Hey it’s okay I understand I’ll mute or block them next time. I’m really not a mean person I just hate homophobia. I’ll just play my games until the 27th take care and thx for the information.
Ps: not trying to be rude or anything muting and blocking is like getting stabbed and instead of self defense or trying to help yourself you just walk to the police station report it and ask for an ambulance. I love xbox but your guys logic is dumb.

Apologies for the late response, i never got a notification that there was a reply. When i try to access my account It just says " This account is permanently suspended from xbox live due to misconduct. " which it was not permanently suspended it was suspended for 14 days and i have the screenshots of the xbox enforcement page as proof of the 14 day suspension.

You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible. The enforcement team does not use these forums.

My Xbox live account was falsely suspended for apparently bullying or harassing someone but a day before it was put into place I was suspended from use of Xbox live communications so I couldn’t have done such a thing. I tried to get it lifted but Xbox support didn’t help at all

To add most suspensions dont occur on the same day as the offense.

There are no statute of limitations so you could be suspended for something that happened days or even weeks ago which would explain why you got suspended again while already serving a suspension.
