    I got my PC repaired and now Directx12 games are crashing.


    In order to repair malfunctions, my pc was disarmed and changed power supply. Also, it was installed other ram to get 16gb ram. Everithing is okay, no data loss or anything, but, Directx12 games are now crashing or arent lauching. For example, if i launch the witcher 3 in Directx11, it works fine. Unfortunately , when i launch in directx12 game crash in loading screen. I updated last windows version and AMD Graphic card drivers too. I dont what else to do. Thanks for helping.

    Hello Rabig72, do not know if your PC is a hybrid machine, was mounted or would be some lapttop, in any case the ideal to make series contact the store or technical assistance that did the service on your PC to make sure everything was correct in the process.

    what GPU do you have, AMD what. as the OS is directX 12 but the GPU must support DX12 too.

    Xbox One X sent for repair but has come back with the same fault - refund help!

    It would freeze in game for a few seconds then crash straight back to dashboard. Did this on multiple games - redownloaded, reinstalled, cleared cache, factory resest but still didn't work. Sent it back for repair, got it back monday, downloaded games again,
    played tonight and it crashed 4 times.

    I was trying xbox instead of upgrading my pc - but that has totally put me off. Probably just a bad one - but i will stick to my pc and upgrade.

    Thanks, but all those things are not the issue here. I have a high end gaming PC, directX12, enough free space. It's really a bug in the store.

    I have sent mine in for repair. I got it back and now DR3 works fine. This is a hardware issue. If any games are crashing you back to the dashboard, send in the unit. That worked for me.
