I got my gamertag banned and communications banned?

I got my gamertag banned and communications banned almost at the same time I got communications banned yesterday at around 10pm PST and I just got my gamertag banned about 30 minutes ago? I was wondering if I could get some help as my case review was just
upheld and they didn't give me and explanation? I paid 10$ to change my gamertag and made a group called N.I.P.S (Now I Play Seriously) and I have to pay 10$ to change it again.

Hi my friend got communication banned for 2 weeks for no reason this guy was harrassing him and my friend got banned over nothing his gamertag is Dirty hithere and the person who banned him was LyricCamera1280 so I was wondering if you can reduce/unban Dirty
hithere and ban LyricCamera1280 permanently/temperory

Hi, I haven’t been communication banned in almost 4 years and i got banned 2 days ago and when i go to my enforcement history it is not showing the day i got banned and for how long i will be banned i need help knowing how long my ban is.

Not always, I got communication banned from a game because I said I'm just gonna report you if your going to glitch the game and use the glitches unfairly... Don't see why I got banned but whatever,maws a busy week anyways

ok, got home and checked Forza Horizon 3, ban is no longer there. I would still like to know what I did to get the ban, that way I won't do whatever got my gamertag banned in the first place. Thanks.
