    I was playing in a looking for group post in Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, and was playing with 3 others. Because we were trying to have fun, we would occasionally make some jokes. Until someone I knew joined our voice chat after I invited said person to play the game with us, he asked one of the people in the voice chat why we were playing together. I said I was interested in his group post, and the other said (obviously joking) that “he likes little boys.” The person I invited said that he was pedophile and took the joke seriously. I messaged the person I was playing with who said the joke a few minutes later saying that my friend actually thought he was a pedophile. After that, he responded a day later saying he doesn’t remember who my friend was, or the joke he said. Supposedly, (I’m not saying he did) he reported me or xbox moderation system and thought I was calling him a pedophile. This got me banned for 4 days when I didn’t even mean to insult somebody (even though pedophiles are bad, and Xbox moderation tends to take the side of pedophiles a lot because I did some research), I was just saying what someone else thought of him, and that they took his joke seriously.

    Please note the person is not actually a pedophile, we just made some weird jokes on that day.

    Account False Suspension

    My Xbox live account was falsely suspended for apparently bullying or harassing someone but a day before it was put into place I was suspended from use of Xbox live communications so I couldn’t have done such a thing. I tried to get it lifted but Xbox support didn’t help at all
    To add most suspensions dont occur on the same day as the offense.

    There are no statute of limitations so you could be suspended for something that happened days or even weeks ago which would explain why you got suspended again while already serving a suspension.

    So I got suspended for 2 weeks for telling a racist guy to F*** off so I'm guessing Microsoft is fine with racism as long as it is to white people and not any other race because they wouldn't lower that suspension plus I've played for close to 10 years now

    Apologies for the late response, i never got a notification that there was a reply. When i try to access my account It just says " This account is permanently suspended from xbox live due to misconduct. " which it was not permanently suspended it was suspended for 14 days and i have the screenshots of the xbox enforcement page as proof of the 14 day suspension.
