I got me suspended from communication for a day even though the user i sent the message used ...

hello i was suspended from communicating with other users because i used vulgar language. i would find the suspension fair if i lashed out randomly but the user prior to me swearing had sent me a message to kill my self and also calling me a Jew in a negative
way. He also used the F word, So i believe that i shouldn't be suspended because i got angry when some one told me to kill my self or the user should also be suspended. PS for some reason i cant file a report

On a sidenote: I sent one message with the word a**hole and that got me banned the next day, like, 2 hours after i sent it and then i got suspended.

This guy sent three separate messages...

I'll follow your tip and just block him... But still, even the racist dudes that throw games, that is painfull...

 

Xbox Communication Suspended For Others Actions

All communication on my xbox account has been suspended for 7 days because my friend sent vulgar language to someone and i got reported. I had the case reviewed and it’s been 30+ hours for a response. Who can help me?

 

You can't file for a case review if the suspension is 24 hours.

Doesn't matter who started it,you responded by using vulgar language,were reported,investigated & found out to be violating the CoC which is why you got a 24 hour suspension.

In future it's best to just report any messages you get like that & then block the sender,don't reply to them.
