I got locked out of my old minecraft microsoft account

Are you sure it's not a majong account MS Minecraft accounts were only a recent thing

I’m not sure I made this account like a year and a half ago and It got unlinked and I was locked out

Did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account? If you do have the 2FA active, are you able to access the second factor of authentication? Microsoft takes account security very seriously, that's why Account Recovery is an automated process with no human influence. If you don't have the correct information, you may not be able to get through account verification using the Recovery Form.

The Account Recovery Form requires adequate information to prove that you are the owner of the account. The Account Recovery Process can be a time consuming process, but providing as much info as possible from the start of the process will increase the possibility of being verified by the automated process. Hi there Cool_Lead, yes, if you do not have the security information you should keep trying as it is the only way to get back into the account, I am sorry.

All I have is the email and my PlayStation account that it is permanently Linked to I don’t have 2fa and I still have access to that email that is associated to that account do I just keep trying until I get approved?
