i got locked out of my alt account

Hello Pikachugaming1627, if you use email only for recovery and can not access it you will have to try to add a security information to the account, if it does not have one will enter the mandatory 30-day quarantine by the system.

To do this try to log in to the account and at the time you ask for the password click on "Forgot the Password", but the front should appear the option to send you a code to a phone or security email, will choose that you do not have security information, this should appear the option to add one.

because you checked that name on the normal account it locks it out for 24 to 48 hours or less, wait a day or so and try again on the alt account.

ok so that day i unlinked my account because i was trying to log in an alt account but i couldnt for some reason , then i created another psn account for my other account and logged in whilst my main account was unlinked . I left home with my alt logged on and my main unlinked . Then i came back home and i couldnt log in my main . 1 week ago i unlinked my alt from my alt psn account trying to log in my main psn account with my alt . But in a matter of seconds of unlinking my account and switching psn , it said it was allready connected even that i unlinked . I can still log on xbox app and minecraft on my phone

I got 3 achievements that wont unlock to the max, my generation, and I like a challenge, to the max was 100% sittin in the locked part, I asked Microsoft for help their advice was to delete the persistant cache and alt mac address.....

now all my achiements have reset to 0% great advice huh
