I got invited to the preview program. It has been over 3 days and I didn't get the service message needed to download it. Any help?

My preview program invite message hasn't arrived yet.

About 3 people have been invited me to join xbox preview program.

But It's been a week since they do that, and I didn't receive any messages about preview program.

Actually I got message from xbox live to join preview program, but that wasn't time that xbox one arrived in korea. So I couldn't join preview program.

As I'm having XBOX ONE, I'm going to get in to preview program, but preview message didn't arrived to me.

What happened? Contact chat doesn't helpful.

XBOX PREVIEW NOT WORKING

My Xbox preview program seems to just not want to work. I have had about 5 different invites from at least 3 different people and yet I have to receive a message. One of my friends even came over my house and I tried to just download the app from his account
and it actually downloaded but when I open it says "You'll get a service message soon with more info." I have still never got this service and it has been about TWO MONTHS. After almost countless chats and calls to Microsoft support they all just tell me to
wait a few more days and that it shows that I've been invited to the preview program and just hasn't accepted it. I would REALLY like some help on this issue. So please help.

It takes time. Just because you got an invite doesnt mean they are selecting more to be in it right now. You just have to be patient and eventually you will be next in line to get in when they let more in.

It takes time. Just because you got an invite doesnt mean they are selecting more to be in it right now. You just have to be patient and eventually you will be next in line to get in when they let more in.
