    I got halo mcc and its DLCs through a digital code but now 3 months later it say I don't...


    I originally got Halo MCC through ultimate back during Dec. 25 and then later got the game (including its dlcs) later as a gift as a digital code. Now 3 months later when my ultimate has expired it saying I don't own any of the dlcs and when looking at it in the Microsoft store it seems like it doesn't recognize me owning MCC itself showing the ability to buy the game for myself. Except I already own the game and can play it despite the store saying otherwise. So I went to my purchase history to see if it shows if I own it but I don't see anything on that date except the Ultimate code I put in.

    I was wondering what path to take to show in fact that I do own MCC and it dlcs.

    In order to make sure that you own the license of the game, please try to on the microsoft store app on your device and check if you are signed in with the account that bought the game.

    To know if the game was bought on the account please go to Microsoft account | Sign In or Create Your Account Today – Microsoft, sign in with your account, select payment and billing, and then select order history.

    If the issue still persists after going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 10-15 seconds plug all your cables back in and then restart your console.

    If this does not help you resolve your issue please try contacting our Xbox live Support for more assistance.

    Can't play game I brought

    Have the same problem with Halo MCC and its DLCs. I got through a digital code and now when I go to the Microsoft store it says I never owned it. Same thing with my purchase history. Weirdly I can still play the base game despite not owning it according to Microsoft. I'm also the only one on the xbox so it can just be a share feature with accounts on an xbox. Im probably going to call customer support to get a refund or have everything back in order.

    Halo: The Master Chief Collection says I have to buy Halo: Reach and ODST separtely even though they are bot supposed to come with the MCC

    Reach & Halo 3: ODST didn’t originally come with MCC, they were added later as DLCs. So you'll have to buy those separately. I hope this helps!

    I buy everything digital now, so no more launch events for me. I would say best memory is Halo 3, sitting in a dark mall with a bunch of other fans talking about what we heard is gonna happen, trading gamertags, etc

    Halo MCC was also a good memory, local GameStop had got a tournament going.
