When you go to turn it on, does the Guide button light go solid or does it just continuously blink and then go out? If that's the case, the controller is not syncing to your console. It's an easy fix. You can hold the sync button down on the left side
of the console (just next to the USB port) until the White light on the console flashes, then hold the sync button on the top spine of the controller until it flashes. Once it goes solid, you are good to go. If that does not work, connect the controller
with a USB cable. Then, go through the settings menu, select accessories and update that controller via USB. You should be in business my friend.

I"m really sorry about the situation you are in with your console's network connection.

Please try changing the network cable you are using to set up the wired connection. The other option would be to use a wireless connection and see if you can connect with your network connection with that setup.

It would also be best to try changing the network frequency to see if that sorts it out. You can change it by 2.4 Ghz to 5 Ghz or vice-versa on your router settings.

Guys, I just reset my Xbox and it worked for me. Later on I got the same message, so then I reset my Xbox and it worked again. If you're keep getting that message, try to turn off your Xbox, wait about 10 seconds, turn it back on, sign in, and try to do
what you need to do.
