I got hacked, they changed my account enforcement suspended me and enforcement doesnt care

My xbox and hotmail accounts have been hacked.

They tampered with my profile, i have proof i didnt do this i wrote a case review for enforcement team and they clearly dont give a [Mod Removed] because they closed the case inside like 12 hours and refuse to even ask for or look at my evidence that i was
hacked.

enforcement have suspended me, reset my entire 360 gamerscore to 0 all despite the fact i didnt do a single thing wrong, i have never ever hacked or cheated and I never will.

yet enforcement do not give [Mod Removed] because to them im responsible for it which Im not! if microsoft security wasnt so god awful i wouldnt be in this mess. They think their security is unbreakable! well im afraid it is, arrogance and overconfidence
is their downfall !

So ive been hacked lost everything yet its my fault and they wont do a single thing about it, wont even look at my evidence, ive been on the live chat numerous times for days now, as much as i know their help is limited.

No body gives a [Mod Removed] or wants to help, ive lost everything because some [Mod Removed] in another country has hacked and mucked around with my account to get me banned ( which does get lifted after two weeks!) but ive still lost everything and theres
nothing i can do.

If they can't help or wont help clear my name i serious enough to self destruct my account and never come back and cancel my xbox one x pre order. Why should i be punished for something i didnt do and have no way to defend myself ?

If anyone can help me then please help because if my name isnt cleared im walking from xbox all together i am not a cheat i refuse to be branded one. its the principal! i hold myself to highest ethical standard i possibly can, ive
played ball properly within the rules yet im the one who has to pay for it. Sorry but if the people who could clear my name(enforcement team) won't listen to me or even properly chat to me 1 to 1 then im gone !

once again if anybody can help please do! before i just give up playing xbox alltogether for good!

Main Account Suspended Permenatly

Hi so my main account monkeybutt5217 was permanently suspended for "Marketplace Fraud" My account was hacked so i got some refunds and everything was good! I reviewed this claim with the enforcement team and all they did was not ask me anything! They stated
that it was marketplace fraud and my account would stay permanently suspended! I have spoken to support agents and all have told me that they know i am innocent and that if they could unban me they would! I really need some help from an Enforcement Agent,
please!!!

Xbox Live Enforcement Team

I got a message on my Xbox account and email linked to my account about enforcement action taken on me for inappropriate action or language that I have used but when I contacted microsoft they said that there is no enforcement action on my account, I have
not been suspended in anyway and my account reputation hasn't changed and is still good. So they told me to contact the enforcement team through forums and ask them if they could delete the message that was sent to my account and email.

 

Enforcement does not use the forums. If they reviewed the case and upheld it there is nothing more enforcement can do.
