I got hacked on my Microsoft account that changed it into an email that ends with @rambler.ru

my account is hacked by a rambler.ru account and i think they changed my email, it says "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one"

This second security change made in the compromised was made by you or the hacker?

And one more question if the guy ended up deleting the account would I be able to recover it at all cause I think he might have because when I type the email in it says this account doesn't exist.

As you not were the one who requested this new security change the best option is not wait this time. If you do that, can be too late
