i got hacked and my account got suspended help!!

My xbox gamertag is : just me trexii

I was playing Modern warfare 2 last night and i got into a ''hacked'' lobby. I got one kill and i did not know this was a hacked lobby before i got one kill. I Killed one dude and I got promoted to lvl 70 then I knew that this was a hacked lobby i left the
game straight away. I got into the same game in a pre-game lobby and the one dude was changing his name in colors i said to him that he should not hack on xbox he said to me : ill hack you're account and get you suspended i left the game. i went to bed 24:00
am and when i woke up today i saw that my account was suspended. i straight away changed my password.

If you moderator or staff could please help me fix this problem that would be great!

Hey, can you give us some more details about how it happened? If I understand correctly, you're currently in possession of the account? The hacker is no longer using it?

If yes, I really suggest that you immediately contact the Xbox support and explain to them what exactly happened. If you can somehow prove, or make them believe that you truly got hacked they might revert the communication ban. I think that it's your best bet good luck!

The chances of your account actually being hacked are extremely small but if you feel it was then you will need to phone support for your region & ask them to open an unautherised access case.

Phone/chat support have a habit of sending people to the wrong forum so not your fault.

When you post in the suspension forum your post needs to be approved so you wont get an answer straight away.

 

Ok i posted there but i remeber now since they said that i may be banned if someone on my team i hacking and i was in a team last night that was hacking

Okay then that in it self is a breach of code of conduct and could be a bannable offence

 

Not if someone on my team is hacking in call of duty thats not my problem or fault!

 

this happened to me to at the beginning of 2014 and it said you can not get on until 12/31/9999. So i made a new acount then today i tried to log on and it doesnt say that no more but the error code:80154005. I called microsoft they said go on forums but
what do you mean i will need phone support for my region

 

Code 80154005 is still a "you have been banned code", support send you here to clear their phone lines.
