    I got hacked and lost all my points and games


    I got hacked about a month ago. I submitted a case to recover and they gave me a fresh account but no games with it. I lost all my Onedrive photos of my family too. They closed my case and I don't know what to do.

    Please go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

    Then click on "Contact us" > Account and Profile> Then choose I need a Microsoft account> Type Account Hacked > Click Next> Click on See contact options> Select from there, it should show you the option to chat with them or request a call.

    My account XxShutYoMouthxX has been hacked too. Since it got hacked the hacks got me banned and not i lost all my games and can't play on xboxlive
