I got hacked and I need help

So recently about a day ago, I had my account hacked. They changed my Microsoft email to theirs and also deleted my account recovery options like my email and phone number I had placed in there. Now when I try to access my account with the email I have been
using for like 2 or 3+ years for Microsoft, it says "this is not a valid Microsoft account". Then I checked on Xbox to see if I could still log on to my account (Dopeness478) and it said that the email enlist to my account had been changed to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***-
WHICH I DONT HAVE A CLUE WHO'S IT IS. I need some help. I had to make this brand new account just to write on this forum. Please

1) NEVER give your email address and password TO ANYBODY FOR ANY REASON. Especially website offering free stuff. NOTHING IS FREE.

2) Never post links to DANGEROUS websites on this forum.

3) Never post email addresses on the PUBLIC forum.

My account [mod edit] was hacked and sold. It was hacked on [mod edit].com and sold on [mod edit].net The person who bought it LiveStreamed it so far twice on [mod edit] The person who had hacked my account also gave out contact information on the site they
sold the account, [mod edit].co.uk the exact site my gamertag was sold on is, [mod edit].net/showthread.php?tid=1562165 I already called Microsoft but they can't freeze it because I don't have it's information since it was all changed, it's under investigation
for about a month is what they had told me. Is there anything I can do?

Thank you for replying. I have already tried that. The thing is, the account is not mine, it is the hacker’s. I cannot recover the account because i need the email. My Microsoft account got deleted and my minecraft account got transferred to the hacker’s microsoft account. I do not have any sort of control over that account at the moment.
