My acc recently got hacked and xbox was suppose to ban the person that hacked me but i got my acc back and xbl banned my acc and console

I got hacked. There was a message saying I've been signed out because my profile is being used on another console. I signed in again and I got the lifetime ban message. Microsoft can tell if you got hacked, or if you were pirating games/cheating/etc. They don't ban people for getting hacked. They won't even ban people they suspect are pirating games. Then only ban people when they know 100% that they have done something against the terms of service. Anyone claiming they got banned because they got hacked is full of shit and just trying to hide the fact that they are a cheater or pirate.

My account XxShutYoMouthxX has been hacked too. Since it got hacked the hacks got me banned and not i lost all my games and can't play on xboxlive

You probably got banned for cheating or something. Which is why most people get banned, however, I'm sure if someone filed a lawsuit against them that person would probably win cause MS can't and never shows proof of their reasons for bans.
