    I got Gamepass for PC. I get Error 0x803F8001 trying to run Avengers. I get -2015294512...


    I got Gamepass on PC. I downloaded Marvel's Avengers and Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy. Neither will even start. I have a Windows 10 PC that is capable of running the games but I'm having account based errors.

    My Windows 10 PC is COMPLETELY up to date! I checked recently I can tell you. I did the WSReset.exe and let that run. I reset my PC multiple times. I logged out of Xbox/Microsoft multiple times. I made sure the games are still on Gamepass and my Subscription is active. I did the cmd for Reregistering the Store. I have no programs that would be blocking these games from opening.

    I'm out of options from searching the internet. I want to play the games I subscribed for. Please fix this! Thank you!

    The problem has been solved with none of those solutions. My C:/Users folder somehow did not have full control in it's permissions and that solved all my issues. Weird solution.

    After this

    Go into windows store, and open settings

    Now turn on offline permissions

    Some antivirus programs have been known to interfere with the launch of the game.

    If you have multiple accounts installed on your Windows machine, sign out of all accounts except the one tied to your purchase of game pass. Re-launch your store and try to play again.

    Choose any free app from the Microsoft Store and download it. Once it is finished, navigate to your Library and launch the game

    Hello, I've recently joined the GamePass on PC subscription and everything was working fine untill today. When I wanted to run Dead By Daylight it returned error code - 0x803F8001. After few PC restarts and tries to make it work again (PowerShell tricks
    with MS Store and WSReset.exe) I decided to reinstall Xbox(Beta) app, it uninstalled but when I tried to install it again I got returned with yet another error, 0x80D02017 this time. Other game - Dead Cells - that was installed from GamePass is working fine.

    What can I do about it?
    Me and my friends are having the same problem, there is no way to run the game. Ive tried to contact support but there is no answer.
