I got game pass but I can’t play online

I got game pass online but when I load in a game it’s says requires game pass I tried to see if my subscription was active but it was. I tried a hard reset but I don’t know if I’m doing it right but I also tried a factory reset and it didn’t work. Can someone please help me?

Fallout 76 is an online only game, so you need Gold or Game Pass Ultimate in order to play it.

I initially bought it when I got my Xbox one. And then I signed up for ultimate game pass and now I can’t get it back to my normal Console game.

You need to have Gold or Ultimate to play Fallout76.

You can still download demos as far as I am aware but there is usually some time between these demos being available to gold members and then silver members.
