I got for no reason banned for live and im trying to contact for enforcement team

It seems to be impossible to reach enforcement and been seen for explonation why i been banned, its say cheating but i havent been cheat. And so i want to know more specific informations who can has been do that same time when im playing for my self elders
scrolls online game? this system sucks so bad that if i havent been this problem solved i gonna sell my xbox because i see thers no reason to own anymore that console if you can be banned for no reason and doesnt have any proof why? and say all my friends
that playstation is the better choice if they are planned to get xbox or playstation and i even consider to change also windows to linux because i dont trust anymore microsoft politics to act of their customers.

enforcement action

I got communications banned for 24hrs and after that i didnt contact anyone and the enforcement team slaped on another 6days for no reason

I have try it to rewiew to enforcement team but everytime i try to answer those **** questions i got one wrong and then it says come to try again 24h later this makes me so pissed off!! cant reach enforcement because i have to know every **** question right
to have rights to complain enforcement team this is so bad customer service what ever can be.

finally i got answers right but bann staying without specific proofs so i gonna make this kind of politics act on paying customer so i do to complain in the customer rights law institute i dont chew this kind of actions on innocent customer. Now my head rolling
idea "if i ever find my self on us im gonna blown away microsoft main building`` im so pissed off right now and if ever come same issue again i gonna swift my playing to pc games and leave xbox legacy forever. And i has already dreaming to buy project scorpio
and microsoftlens, but now when i have seen how they service customers not anymore. The trust of microsoft has been died.

its getting annoying now....i had no idea why im banned but im missing out on xbox live i have which is taking more money i've bought games and dlc and such unable to use them as my xbox one is banned and still haven't heard a reason.. the enforcement team
can't just console ban me .not tell me why then have no way to contact them
