I got falsely given a suspension

I believe I got falsely accused of a suspension. I don’t think swearing should count as an infraction if you and the other person are playing a M rated that many uses of swear words. I think that Xbox support should first look into why people did what they
did before giving out infractions. Especially when there isn’t way worse thing so people could do

Unable to file case review.

I am getting very frustrated. At EVERY page related to account suspensions say I can submit a case review. Yet I CANT!!!

I just got suspended falsely for the 2nd time. XBOX FIX THIS NOW.

hi, i got screwed over by my xbox and everyone on it

I got falsely reported when two kids team-killed me and the rest of the team and I told them to stop but they reported me and i got falsely reported with a two week suspension for communication and some other limitations also when
I want to change my gamertag it won't let me even though it says, clearly, I CAN. fix you're problem's microsoft or, the main, xbox team.

http://enforcement.xbox.com The enforcement team do investigate complaints before issuing suspensions and will only issue suspensions if they determine you have done something to violate the code of conduct, which profanity does. Game ratings are only
for the games themselves. Everything else on Live has to remain E for everyone.

There is a difference between a game using M-rated swear words, and actually insulting a real life person with an insult through messaging.

If a character in a game is swearing, they are usually aim their insult or swearing towards a virtual opponent, a non-player character or a situation in the game.

You however, used a swear word directed against another person.

If a game character says "Damn those &%@# Alien §$#@, I'm going to shove their alien bomb into their ?#@$", that's okay for an M rated game, as these swear words and insults are directed to a virtual story character.

If I went and sent you a message stating "FloopedthePig72 is a
&%@# Alien §$#@, I'm going to shove some insults into his ?#$@", then I have violated the Code of Conduct and when you report my message, I'd be suspended for that.

No matter the maturity of the game or how many swear words a character in the game uses:

If you violate the Code of Conduct by swearing against another player via Xbox Live, you will get a suspension.

Every report is investigated before a suspension is issued.

If someone filed a false report then you would not of been suspended.
