I got falsely banned when i was out of town someone help me

Hey so i was out of town between sep 29th and october 14th and i was playing on my computer when i got back on the 14th, all day on my pc but my xbox game bar wasnt workign which is pretty normal for me so i just ignored it and just played siege all day on my computer, the next day my friends wanted to play gta so i get on my xbox and im banned permanently, for innapropriate code of conduct, on the ban message it shows my profile picture and its changed to a screenshot i remember taking maybe a month before that, and my usual profile picture was a raccoon drinking gatorade which is also my profile picture on my newest account i made after the ban, i would have been fine with my ban but i also lost all 7 years of progress on every game and i didnt know why, every time i used the enforcement website it would just reload the page over and over again every time i tried signing in, ive tried using a vpn to check and it would never let me see why, i tried yesterday and it worked, i was banned for user account tampering, apparently i either modded my avatar or my gamerscore or other account data? first of all i remember my avatar being an astronaut from the xbox 360 avatar editor, thats what it was before i went on holiday, my gamerscore was only at 16 thousand which i got completely legit and i can swear that on god on my mums life on my grandmas grave literally on everything thats the truth, but i had no clue what i did and how im banned? i didnt do any of that what it said! is there people hacking accounts and banning people on purpose or something? ive been getting verification codes sent to my phone and i can show proof of that aswell so i might have been hacked, but i did nothing wrong and i shouldnt be banned, also even if people were to do stuff like modding avatars shouldnt their avatar just get reset or something like that or shouldnt that person be suspended? so people cant login to other peoples accounts and ban them permanently for a **** reason? please microsoft i know you saw my account appeal please just unban me, someone please help me get my account back, i will do anythign and have tried everything i can for the past month but not a single company has actually responded and was willing to help get my progress back the only company that helped was ubisoft which is very suprising, but please atleast let me unlink my accounts and transfer progress to another account ive lost everything, i know its only video games but theres nothing i can do, im already locked in my room for 2 weeks because i have covid and i dont have school for the rest of the year and i cant go anywhere, what else can i possibly do but play games i dont have a backyard i live on a main road and i dont have a bike a scooter a skateboard a pool a spa or anything like that, i have nothing but a pc with like 5 games, an xbox and a few games that ive lost all my progress on that i cant get back, all my rare cars and facepaints on gta, all my rare weapons in sea of thieves, all my minecraft worlds i made when i was like 5 and were so nostalgic to me because i made some of them with relatives that have passed, i lost my siege account, all the money ive spent on every game, ive spent so much money on my account just for it to be wasted by something stupid i didnt do
