How do i appeal an xbox live suspension?

So even if i've done nothing wrong and they have falsely banned me from xbox live i can't do nothing about it?

On the account i got banned on i had about 20,000 microsoft points invested into it.

I got falsely Banned!

I got banned on my account (o2 John) because of market theft , I was not involved in market theft at all I swear on it the only reason they banned me is because I kept asking for refunds I'll stop asking for refunds just please give me my account back please

For information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com

Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums. You would need to file a complaint on the other gamer via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.

Xbox overturned my false bans and gave me a code for Xbox Live Gold, but the problem is still present. I just got another communication ban.

I would like to but since i already used my chance to speak with a agent about it asking how i got banned then they said why and it showed that hate message but that message was sent a month ago and i got a 24hr ban for it a month ago and i have heard
bots look through text and see explicit messages and the bit thought i never got banned for that message so it got reported a second time by the bot and i want to speak with the enforcement team but i cant since i already did the case review and idk what to
do the current ban is for the same reason as the other one it’s the same message

You will need to log into the enforcement team website for information when you can also submit a case review if the ban is eligible. http://enforcement.xbox.com/home That is the only place that offers assistance
for bans.
