    I got falsely accused


    Today I got false accused because I don’t know because for some reason I was just playing with my friends and then I got a random band thing and I got banned for a month so I’m like what so I reviewed all of my messages cause it was a message band so I was reviewing all my messages and I found nothing that would’ve got me Banned after reading the code of conduct and the terms of service and the rules so I have no clue why I got banned.

    I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

    Unfortunately Xbox support cannot help you remove a sanction, as they do not have access to the Enforcement system, the Enforcement team cannot be contacted and the only way to appeal your sanction is through the following website

    Keep in mind that not all sanctions are appealable, it is necessary to log in to the website to identify if the system allows you to submit an appeal.

    No one can falsely accuse anyone and get them banned. Enforcement does not ban on the whim of certain people. They investigate each and every complaint before any suspension or ban is put into effect. You can post here (if you have not received an email)

    Microsoft does not have to disclose any information as to whom reported you. This is a private service and user confidentiality is strictly adhered to.. However they do a very complete investigation before any suspension or ban is issued. It only takes 1
    complaint to get Enforcement to look into the complaint.Again use the link above to ask questions. That is where Enforcement lives.
