I got false permanent banned

i got false banned because i checked the history thing and it wasnt there the thing wasnt there and it used to say permanent device ban but i checked the history again and it was gone so i was false banned???

What do you mean they're not on the forums they're not anywhere.. you act like you can actually communicate with them elsewhere but you literally cant at all.

Their is no such thing as an "enforcement team" its just a bot.

How are you doing. Perm Banned? I'm sorry about that. I would MAYBE contact them again to see the exact reasoning. But again, I am sorry and I am not sure I can do anything about that unfortunately.

My account was falsely perma banned in 2017 due to it being hacked by some shady website owner for my "OG" Gamertag. I tried to appeal and communicate with the so called enforcement team but they just simply do not care about you or why you've been banned,
they don't even read appeals and if they do they lightly scim the first couple of lines then give you the same generic copy and paste reply they send to everyone whether you're guilty or not. Even if you have proof to defend yourself they can't be bothered
because it that would actually mean they'd have to type to you instead of just copying and pasting. They Then forbid you from contacting them ever again after your one appeal message. They're literally ghosts that apparently don't exist unless you have an
account suspension so if your account receives a permanent ban it's as good as gone i'm afraid. Maybe you'll get lucky but i guarantee your appeal will mean nothing to them regardless if you even get the chance.

The Enforcement Team are not on the forums. Does it list how long the ban is? Have you been banned before as well?

I havent been ban not even voice communication The ban is permanent but when i try and press the appeal button it does nothing
